You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2) Accounts and sign-in (including Google OAuth)
You may need an account to use parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
If you sign in using Google (Google OAuth), you authorize us to receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) to create and manage your account. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms and policies.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
4) The Service and acceptable use
We provide a community experience that may include profiles, posts, comments, messaging, and related features (collectively, "Community Features").
You agree not to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others;
- post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, or pornographic, or that encourages violence;
- infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service (including by introducing malware);
- scrape, crawl, or harvest information from the Service at scale without our written permission (except as allowed by law);
- use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
5) User content and permissions
"User Content" means any content you submit to the Service (e.g., profile details, posts, comments, uploads).
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant Marketing Technology Media a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/display), and display your User Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service and Community Features.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.
6) Community guidelines and moderation
We aim to keep the community useful and civil. We may (but are not required to) monitor the Service and moderate User Content. We may take action we deem appropriate, including removing content, limiting visibility, or restricting accounts.
7) Intellectual property
The Service (including its software, design, and branding) is owned by Marketing Technology Media and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without permission.
8) Third-party services and links
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (including Google sign-in) and websites. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
- you violate these Terms,
- your use poses risk or harm to the Service or other users, or
- we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms).
10) Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Technology Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us (if any) to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketing Technology Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- your use of the Service,
- your User Content, or
- your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
15) Dispute resolution and venue
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
